Earthquake: American Red Cross App Reviews

Great idea for an app. Default radius supposed to be 50 miles. Not work. Latest version keeps defaulting to one mile. Makes it useless.

Rated a 5 star from a 1 star on previously version. Can check USGS site from app and app no longer crashes. Has everything you need and works as advertised. Thank you for having this app a available.

Very glitchy and crashes often. Lets me add several locations then when I exit the app and come back I click on any of the locations and it doesnt fully load them...picture changes to generic clouds on all and mile radius is at 0 and when you click to change any of those settings, the app crashes. The only time I can change the radius is right after I create a new location. It wont remember radius setting I put in though if I leave the app. I decided to do a reinstall of the app and that only made it worse. Same issues plus now when trying to select "Current Location" it says "error bad request" like I said it was a great idea, but their app developer needs to give this project more attention.

I used to use it often. It was intuitive. I hate the "update" its worthwhile to remember the he old advice -- If it aint broke - dont fix it! How about giving an option to re-download and re-install the previous version? I wish I had not updated it...

This app went from one of my favorites to essentially unusable. I configure my settings and distance monitored, and the app continuously changes my distance settings back to 1 mile. Please fix it! :)

I absolutely hate the update! It never send me notifications, even though I have all the settings set correctly. Its not user friendly, It takes me forever to figure out how to change the magnitude setting. The old one was so much better.

App changes the radius to zero and if you try to set it, it crashes.

A lot of good this update does when the radius keeps changing back to 1 mile!!! It does no me good!! Useless!!

App has never crashed on me. I wish it would allow for historical retention so that trends can be seen. San Andreass fault line would be nice to track with this app. The wind, rain, etc are a nice touch by developer. Developer being Red Cross donators.

Cant add new locations. Existing locations changed to a 0 mile radius and crashes when I change it. It also will no longer track my location. The app is now useless.

Crashes all the time. When I go in to review I notice my setting didnt stick and goes back to monitoring a 1 mile radius. I update again to expand the radius but it doesnt stick. Not sure what the issues are now since I didnt have these issues on my old phone.

The app freezes when trying to add new locations. Then when trying to modify previous locations the app freezes. I deleted the app thanking that would fix it BUT now I cant even add my place. When I go to set the alert radius it locks up (freezes and crashes

It was my mistake, when I wanted to update this app. It takes me forever to see some information, and app is always crashing. Please, fix it.
